The vineyard is predominantly dedicated to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier destined for traditional method sparkling wine. Harvested in 2020, we hope the first bottles from this block will be available in 2023. A small block of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Johanniter has been producing since 2018 with a limited number of bottles available through local retailers.
